We follow up with payers on unpaid and underpaid claims and work aging balances until they are resolved.
Denial management
We read each denial, correct it, file the appeal, and track it to resolution.
Payer enrollment & credentialing
We handle applications, CAQH upkeep, revalidations, and EDI enrollment.
Patient statements
We send statements, answer balance questions, and set up payment plans.
Coding support
We advise on code and modifier selection for therapy, psychiatry, and telehealth visits.
Reporting
You get a monthly report on collections, aging, denial reasons, and payer mix.
Platform
We work in CharmHealth. If your practice uses a different system, we can help you move to Charm, or bill from your exported charges while you decide.
